City of Nanticoke, PA Article X Wyoming Valley Regional Stormwater Management Program

§ 64-42 Agreement approved.

The attached "Intergovernmental Cooperation Agreement for the Creation and Implementation of the Wyoming Valley Regional Stormwater Management Program" (the "Agreement"),[1] the provisions of which are incorporated herein as if fully set forth at length, is hereby approved by the governing body of Nanticoke City, and the proper municipal officials are hereby authorized to execute such Agreement to give it full force and legal effect.

§ 64-43 Amendments or termination of agreement.

Any amendment, modification, or termination of the Agreement shall not require passage of another ordinance but shall be authorized and confirmed by the adoption of a resolution by the governing body of Nanticoke City and all parties to the intergovernmental cooperation agreement.
