As used in this article, the following terms shall have the meanings indicated:
NONMOTORIZED VEHICLES
Any nonmotorized piece of equipment which is not capable of being moved on its own power, including but not limited to trailers, boats, camping trailers and any other similar pieces of equipment.

A. 
No person shall park a nonmotorized vehicle, as defined in this article, on any public street in the City of Nanticoke.
B. 
The restrictions set forth in Subsection A above shall not apply to the following:
(1) 
Nonmotorized vehicles of the municipality of the City of Nanticoke;
(2) 
Nonmotorized vehicles actively being used in the course of construction, repair of streets or sidewalks, moving to or from a residential or commercial structure or while actively engaged in making deliveries in or upon any public street in the City of Nanticoke.
Anyone found to be in violation of this article shall be required to pay a fine of not less than $50 and not more than $300.
All ordinances or parts of ordinances of the City of Nanticoke in conflict with this article to the extent of such conflict, and no further, are hereby repealed.
The provisions of this article are severable, and if any section, sentence, clause, revision, part or other portion hereof shall be held unconstitutional, illegal, invalid or otherwise ineffective, the validity of the remaining provisions shall be unaffected thereby. It is the intention of the Council of the City of Nanticoke that this article would have been adopted had such unconstitutional, illegal, invalid, or otherwise ineffective section, sentence, clause, or provision, part or other portion not been included herein.
