These bylaws may be amended by Town Meeting from time to time in accordance with law.

The Town Clerk shall maintain a complete and up-to-date copy of the Town Bylaws, including Zoning Bylaws, which shall be available to the public upon request.
The Town Clerk shall be authorized to assign to the bylaws appropriate headings and number them sequentially under such headings, and further shall be authorized to make nonsubstantive changes to the numbering of any Town bylaw to provide for a consistent format.
