§ 147-34 Public facility policy.

Existing regulations for use of the Dunaway Center are on file at the office of the Town Clerk.

§ 147-35 Enforcement.

Police officers of Ogunquit are authorized to enforce the provisions of this chapter and other applicable laws.

§ 147-36 Violations and penalties.

Except where superseded by state law, violation of any provisions of this chapter shall be a misdemeanor. Unless otherwise specified, the penalty for violation of this chapter shall be a fine of not less than $25 nor more than $100. Fines collected for violation of this chapter shall be recovered for the use of Town of Ogunquit.

§ 147-37 Severability.

If any provision of this chapter is for any reason held to be invalid, such decision shall not affect the validity of the remaining portions of this chapter.
