Washington County has adopted a Comprehensive Plan consistent
with § 66.1001, Wis. Stats., which is recognized throughout
this Code. The policies and programs referred to in the Comprehensive
Plan shall be reviewed and updated or implemented as authorized by
the County Board from time to time.
