The following regulations for use of all Northumberland County-owned or -managed boat landings are hereby adopted:
A. 
No loitering, and persons using this area must not trespass on adjoining properties.
B. 
No use of alcohol, drugs, or profanity of any kind will be allowed.
C. 
No excessive or loud music or noise.
D. 
Persons using this area shall properly dispose of their trash.
E. 
No swimming, sunbathing, or nudity will be allowed.
F. 
No vessels shall be moored to the pier or any other object on County-owned property other than for the purposes of unloading or loading a vessel. There shall be no overnight mooring of vessels.
G. 
No fires are allowed.
Any person who violates § 38-5A through § 38-5G of this chapter shall, upon conviction, be punished as a violation of this chapter at $100 for the first violation and $250 for the second offense.
