No person, partnership, corporation or other legal entity shall permit or engage in the retail sale of goods, services, food or beverages between the hours of 1:00 a.m. and 5:00 a.m.

Violation of this article shall be a misdemeanor and shall be punishable by a fine not to exceed $1,000 for each day of violation. Fines collected hereunder shall be recovered for the use of the Town of Ogunquit.
