Article III Collection and Disposal Fees

§ 76-23 Tipping, tire disposal and haul fees.

Any person, firm or corporation who disposes of solid waste refuse at the Buchanan County Transfer Station shall be assessed a tipping fee in the amount of $60 per ton.

Any person, firm or corporation who disposes of tires at the Buchanan County Transfer Station shall be assessed a tire disposal fee in the amount of $76 per ton.

The County standard charge for hauling solid waste to the transfer station shall be $100 per haul.
