Pursuant to the provisions of N.J.A.C. 10:122 entitled "Manual of Standards for Child-care centers" as approved by the State of New Jersey, Department of Human Services, is accepted, adopted, and established as a standard to be used as a guide in determining the fitness of child-care centers as defined in Subsection 28-15.2 below.

As used in this section:
The definitions specified in Section 10:122-1.2 of the Manual
of Standards for child-care centers are hereby accepted, adopted,
and established as definitions to be used as a guide.

A.
A license fee for the operation of a child-care center shall not
be charged by the Township. However, an inspection fee for $50 per
inspection will be charged to the operator of such facilities.
B.
Inspections shall be conducted at a frequency determined by the Manual
of Standards of Safety for Child-care centers in accordance with N.J.A.C.
10:122.
