Critical areas of environmental concern will be designated from
time to time by resolution of the Town Board in accordance with the
provisions of 6 NYCRR 617.14.
For purposes of this chapter, Type I actions include all those
given in 6 NYCRR 617.4.
For purposes of this chapter, Type II actions include all those
listed in 6 NYCRR 617.5.
