This chapter shall be administered and enforced by the Code
Enforcement Officer.
Application fees for building permits and fire safety/property
maintenance inspections shall be as provided in law, except that no
fee shall be required for review by the Planning Board of any exterior
alterations that do not involve a change in the footprint of a building.
An applicant whose application for a permit has been denied
may apply for relief from the Zoning Board of Appeals.
