Notwithstanding the provisions of Subdivision 2 of § 487
of the New York Real Property Tax Law, no exemption under § 487
of the New York State Real Property Tax Law shall be applicable within
the Town of Lyons with respect to any solar or wind energy system
or farm waste energy system constructed subsequent to the effective
date of this article.
