may apply for a passport at the Office of the City Clerk for the following

B.
All of the above fees, with the exception of execution fees, are
payable directly to the United States Department of State. The execution
fees, including picture fee, may be made payable to the City of Passaic
and will be accepted in the form of cash or money order only. All
other applicable fees will be accepted in the form of a check or money
order made payable to the United States Department of State.
