That the municipality shall continue to be known and designated
as "City of Bridgman, Berrien County, Michigan."
The City shall operate as a Council - Manager form of government.
The corporate boundaries of the City of Bridgman shall be those
as established on the date this Charter takes effect, provided that
the City shall have the power to change its boundaries in a manner
provided by law.
The City Clerk shall maintain complete record of the existing
boundary and each change, which shall be available for public inspection.
Territory may be annexed to or detached from the above described
City in the manner provided by law.
