A.
The Abbottstown Borough Council shall, by resolution, establish a
fee schedule to defray costs incurred by Abbottstown Borough associated
with the administration and enforcement of this chapter.
B.
The applicant shall be responsible for the payment of all fees, costs,
and other expenses incurred in the submission, review, and decision
on SWM site plans and/or other submissions pursuant to this chapter.
The fee(s) may include, but are not limited to, costs for the
following:
A.
Administrative, clerical, and legal costs.
B.
Review of the SWM site plan and reports by Abbottstown Borough and
representatives or counselors of the Abbottstown Borough.
C.
Attendance at meetings by representatives and counselors of Abbottstown
Borough, as may be necessary.
D.
Various inspections (such as during construction and after construction)
by Abbottstown Borough or its representatives.
E.
Any additional work required to enforce any provision(s) regulated
by this chapter, correct violations, and ensure proper completion
of stipulated remedial actions.
