All articles, sections, subsections, paragraphs, clauses, phrases
or provisions of this chapter are severable, and if any such element
shall be declared invalid or unconstitutional by a court of law, the
same shall not affect the validity of this chapter as a whole or any
part of provision hereof other than the element so adjudged to be
invalid or unconstitutional.
The Abbottstown Borough Stormwater Management Ordinance shall
be effective upon enactment.
