Council shall pay for all necessary bonds required by law for the Tax Collector or deemed necessary by Council for the protection of Borough funds.

The Tax Collector shall be allowed all actual and necessary expenditures for printing, postage, books, blanks and other necessary forms.
The Tax Collector shall receive an annual compensation of $10,400 as compensation for collecting taxes.
