The Erie County Convention Center Authority is hereby incorporated
and established as a body politic and corporate, for the public purpose
of promoting, attracting, stimulating, developing and expanding business,
industry, commerce and tourism in this County, as more fully set forth
in the Amended and Restated Articles of Incorporation attached to
Ordinance 11-2015, as Appendix A.
