No person shall refuse or fail to comply with any lawful order
of a police officer.

Whoever, in any manner, aids, abets, instigates or encourages
any other person to violate any ordinance shall be subject to the
same penalties as the principal.

Any person violating any of the provisions of this article,
upon conviction, shall be fined not more then $300 or imprisoned not
more than 90 days, or both.
