For any connection made outside the corporate limits of the City, the fee for the making of any such connections shall be charged two hundred dollars ($200.00).

This Chapter shall apply to the City of Sweet Springs, Missouri, and to persons outside the City who are, by contract or agreement with the City, users of the City's sewage works. Except as otherwise provided with this Chapter, the Superintendent shall administer, implement and enforce the provisions of this Chapter.

The owner of such house or houses must pay the City of Sweet Springs the prevailing rates for connections of both sewer and water.

The joints must conform to the manufacturer's code and be approved by the Superintendent of Public Works and Utilities.
