No person shall injure, break or remove any portion of, any lamp hole, man hole, flush tank, or any part of or appurtenance to the sewer system, or throw or deposit in any sewer opening or receptacle, or connection with the sewer system, any garbage, offal, dead animals, vegetable parings, ashes, cinders, rags, or anything whatsoever, except feces, urine, the necessary toilet paper, and liquid house or mill slops.

No open gutter, cesspool, cistern, refrigerator, down spout, privy vault, nor any automobile wash rack, nor any surface water shall be connected with or permitted to drain, directly or indirectly, into the sewer system, and no oil from any garages shall be allowed to drain into the sewer system.

Every restaurant, creamery, or locker plant shall provide and maintain a grease trap between the plumbing system of such establishment and the sewer system.

Any person found guilty of violating any of the provisions of this Chapter, or of failing to comply with any of such provisions, or with or with any order made under the provisions of this Chapter, shall be deemed guilty of an ordinance violation and upon conviction thereof shall be punished as set forth in Section 100.220 of this Code.
