[Amended at time of adoption of Code (see Ch. 1, General Provisions, Art. I)]
No premises in the Town shall be used for a mobile home park without a special permit properly issued by the Zoning Board of Appeals after a public hearing. An application for a special permit shall be submitted in a form established by the Town. The Zoning Board of Appeals shall examine the application to determine that all requirements of this chapter have been substantially satisfied. The special permit for this use shall not be given by the Zoning Board of Appeals until after a public hearing has been held, which hearing shall be advertised in a newspaper of general circulation in the Town at least five days prior to the hearing. The obtaining of a permit for the use of premises as a mobile home park shall not be construed to eliminate the necessity of complying with all other applicable ordinances and health regulations of the Town of Marcellus. The Zoning Board of Appeals shall refer the application to the Planning Board for site plan review.
