The Borough Clerk, upon written request, shall prepare and issue a letter regarding a certificate of occupancy for the transfer of title to a one- or two-family residential property within the Borough of Roselle.
A charge of $5 payable in advance shall be required for the issuance of a letter relative to requirements for transfer of title to a one- or two-family residential property.
