(a)
The Plan Commission shall consist of seven residents of the Village
which may include two trustees appointed by the Village President
in April for three-year staggered terms, subject to confirmation by
the Village Board.
(b)
Any member of the Plan Commission may be reappointed without limitation
as to the number of terms.
(c)
The per diem for members of the Plan Commission, other than Village
Trustee members, shall be fixed by the Village Board from time to
time.
