The Cemetery Trustees shall consist of not more than three voting members appointed by the Board of Selectmen. They shall be appointed to three-year staggered terms.
The functions of the Cemetery Trustees shall be as follows:
A. 
Advise the Parks and Recreation Director with respect to all development, maintenance and operation of Town cemeteries.
B. 
Issue plot deeds as necessary.
C. 
Perform all other related functions as required.
