This article shall be known as "Local Law No. 2-2018" and entitled
"Tax Exemption Exclusion."
The purpose of this article is to exclude those provisions of
Real Property Tax Law § 487 that grant a tax exemption relating
to any solar energy system that would be otherwise eligible thereunto
to be effective in the Town of Sardinia.
The Town of Sardinia hereby excludes those provisions of § 487
of the Real Property Tax Law of the State of New York that provide
a tax exemption for any solar energy system created or placed in connection
therewith from being effective in the Town of Sardinia.
