It shall be unlawful for any person to use park facilities or
equipment for purposes for which they were not designed or intended,
such as, by way of illustration and not as a limitation, using tennis
courts for roller skating, land hockey, bicycling or other unintended
purposes or by riding bicycles on baseball infields or any other such
unintended use.

Any person violating any of the provisions of this chapter or
any rule or regulation promulgated pursuant thereto shall, upon conviction,
be subject to the requirement for the replacement, repair or restoration
of any damage to park property and shall be subject to a fine not
exceeding $200 and of default of payment therefor may be sentenced
to imprisonment in the County Jail at the discretion of the Magistrate
for a term not exceeding 90 days.
