The Borough Council of the Borough of Quarryville hereby reaffirms
the Quarryville Borough Planning Commission as the planning agency
for the Borough of Quarryville. The Quarryville Borough Planning Commission
shall operate in accordance with the terms and provisions of the Pennsylvania
Municipalities Planning Code[1] and shall have those powers and duties as set forth in
such code.

The Quarryville Borough Planning Commission shall consist of
seven members, who shall be appointed by the Borough Council of the
Borough of Quarryville.
The provisions of this chapter are severable, and if any section,
sentence, clause, part of provision hereof shall be held to be illegal,
invalid or unconstitutional by any court of competent jurisdiction,
such decision of the court shall not affect or impair the remaining
sections, sentences, clauses, parts or provisions of this chapter.
It is hereby declared to be the intent of the Borough Council that
this chapter would have been enacted if such illegal, invalid or unconstitutional
section, sentence, clause, part or provision had not been included
herein.
