A. 
The discharge of water by pumping shall not be directed in a manner which results in a flow to any abutting property. In the absence of a practical outlet for such discharge, a disposal system approved by the Municipal Engineer may be used.
B. 
Any person, firm or corporation violating this section shall be subject, upon conviction, to the penalty stated in Chapter 1, Article III. Each day this section is violated shall be deemed a separate offense.
