Borough of Danville, PA Article V Tax Collector Fees

§ 225-47 Returned checks.

A fee in an amount as set by resolution of the Borough Council is hereby imposed on all returned checks.

§ 225-48 Issuance of tax certifications.

A fee in an amount as set by resolution of the Borough Council is hereby imposed for the issuance of tax certifications.

§ 225-49 Duplicate tax bills.

A fee in an amount as set by resolution of the Borough Council is hereby imposed on all requests for a duplicate bill.

§ 225-49.1 Copy fee.

A fee in an amount as set by resolution of the Borough Council is hereby imposed on all copies that are requested.
