The St. Louis County Building Code as it applies to amusements, as amended, adopted by the County of St. Louis in Ordinance Number 20311 on December 21, 2000, three (3) copies of which are on file in the office of the City Clerk, is hereby adopted as the Amusements Code of the City and made a part hereof as if fully set out in this Section.

Any person violating any of the provisions of this Article or any of the Codes adopted in this Article shall be deemed guilty of an ordinance violation and upon conviction thereof shall be fined in an amount not exceeding one thousand dollars ($1,000.00) or be imprisoned in the City or County Jail for a period of not exceeding three (3) months, or both such fine and imprisonment. Each day such violation is committed or permitted to continue shall constitute a separate offense and shall be punishable as such hereunder.
