There shall be a qualified rehabilitation entity application fee in the amount of $100 to be paid by any entity who is applying to be designated as a qualified rehabilitation entity by the Abandoned Property Public Officer.

The qualified rehabilitation entity application fee is nonrefundable under any circumstances.
