No person, association, firm or corporation shall keep or suffer
to remain upon his or her premises, or on any private property, any
garbage, rubbish, offal, carcass, putrid matter or other offensive
or unwholesome matter (farming manure excepted), or cast the same
upon any highway, road, lot or piece of ground within the Township.
Nor may any person, firm or corporation use or permit to be used any
spot or place within the Township as a public or private dump for
garbage, refuse or rubbish.

Any person, firm or corporation who or which shall violate any
of the provisions of this Part shall, upon conviction thereof, before
a District Justice, be sentenced to pay a fine of not more than $1,000
and costs of prosecution, and, in default or payment of such fine
and costs, to imprisonment for a period of not more than 30 days;
provided, however, each day's continuance of a violation shall
constitute a separate offense.
