A Neighborhood Crime Watch shall be established with the purpose
to engage in citizen patrols within the Township and report any suspicious
activities to the law enforcement authorities.
Membership shall be at the discretion of the Township Committee
and the number of members and term of service as well as the appointments
shall be by resolution of the Committee.
