Whenever a distribution or collection service is created whereby
multiple spaces, buildings or structures are serviced by a utility
from a single metering point, it shall be the responsibility of the
owner of the property to provide for the maintenance, identification
and location of the piping system from the metering point to the end
points of use.

A. The
Utility provider shall be responsible for lines and accessories required
to provide their utility to the metering point. The Utility reserves
the right to require certain equipment to be installed at the expense
of the customer in order to receive the metered service from that
provider, so as to provide for the safety, health and welfare of all
users of said utility.
B. These
utilities are responsible for the maintenance, identification and
location of all main service and collection lines required for provision
of their utility.

It is the responsibility of the landowner to properly identify
and locate any and all distribution or collection lines that are located
between the meter to the end point of use. If the Owner fails to properly
identify and locate the service, the Owner shall assume liability
for any damage or destruction to these service lines and shall be
responsible for all costs associated to repair of these lines.
