No person shall form or conduct any parade on any street, sidewalk or other public way within the Town or form or conduct for the purpose of display or demonstration any procession or assembly of people, except military or funeral parade or procession, without first obtaining a permit therefor from the Chief of Police.

No vehicle used principally for advertising purposes shall be permitted to travel on any of the public streets of the Town without a license from the Select Board.
Any person violating any of the provisions of this article shall be punished by a fine of not more than $20 for each offense.
