1.
Any person wanting to install, repair or connect sewer lines to an
existing sanitary sewer line shall apply for a connection or repair
permit at the office of the Borough.
3.
The Borough is only responsible for repair and/or maintenance of
the wye connection and the sewer main.
4.
Any person performing sewer line installation, repair, connection
or maintenance shall be responsible for the entire underground sewer
lateral, from the wye to the building.
5.
Materials used for installation, connections or repairs shall be
first approved by the Borough Engineer or designated representative.
6.
The finished installation, connection or repair shall be inspected
by the Borough Engineer or designated representative before any deposit
of monies is returned.
