1. 
There is hereby a tax of eight mills levied on the dollar on the assessed valuation of all real property in the Borough of Wesleyville for the purpose of lighting and illuminating the streets, highways and other public places with electric light, gas light or other illuminant, pursuant to 8 Pa.C.S.A. § 1302(a)(4).
2. 
There is hereby created a separate fund in and for the Borough of Wesleyville into which the proceeds of all taxes received pursuant to the tax levied in Subsection 1 hereof which shall be used only for the purposes of lighting and illuminating the streets, highways and other public places with electric light, gas light or other illuminant pursuant to 8 Pa.C.S.A. § 1302(a)(4).
3. 
There is hereby a tax of three mills levied on the dollar on the assessed valuation of all real property in the Borough of Wesleyville for the purchase of fire engines, fire apparatus and fire hose for the use of the Borough, or for assisting any fire company in the Borough in the purchase, renewal or repair of any of its fire engines, fire apparatus or fire hose, for the purposes of making appropriations to fire companies both within and without the Borough and of contracting with adjacent municipalities or volunteer fire companies therein for fire protection, and for maintenance of a firehouse or firehouses, pursuant to 8 Pa.C.S.A. § 1302(a)(6).

There is hereby created a separate fund in and for the Borough of Wesleyville into which the proceeds of all taxes received pursuant to the tax levied in Subsection 3 hereof which shall be used only for the purchase of fire engines, fire apparatus and fire hose for the use of the Borough, or for assisting any fire company in the Borough in the purchase, renewal or repair of any of its fire engines, fire apparatus or fire hose, for the purposes of making appropriations to fire companies both within and without the Borough and of contracting with adjacent municipalities or volunteer fire companies therein for fire protection, and for maintenance of a firehouse or firehouses, pursuant to 8 Pa.C.S.A. § 1302(a)(6).

There is hereby a tax of 1/2 mill levied on the dollar on the assessed valuation of all real property in the Borough of Wesleyville for the purpose of supporting ambulance and rescue squads serving the Borough, pursuant to 8 Pa.C.S.A. § 1302(a)(9).
6. 
There is hereby created a separate fund in and for the Borough of Wesleyville into which the proceeds of all taxes received pursuant to the tax levied in Subsection 5 hereof which shall be used only for the purpose of supporting ambulance and rescue squads serving the Borough, pursuant to 8 Pa.C.S.A. § 1302(a)(9).

There is hereby a tax of 2 1/2 mills levied on the dollar on the assessed valuation of all real property in the Borough of Wesleyville for the purpose of paying the expenses incurred in the operation of parks, playgrounds and other recreation places within the Borough of Wesleyville, pursuant to 8 Pa.C.S.A. § 2701(e).
2. 
There is hereby created a separate fund in and for the Borough of Wesleyville into which the proceeds of all taxes received pursuant to the tax levied in subsection (1) hereof which shall be used only for the purpose of paying the expenses incurred in the operation of parks, playgrounds and other recreation places within the Borough of Wesleyville pursuant to 8 Pa.C.S.A. § 2701(e).
