Any and all domesticated animals maintained by the animal's
owner as a pet, and not otherwise licensed, shall at all times display
identification indicating the animal owners name and address.

It is unlawful to permit any domesticated animal to run at large
within the Borough of Wesleyville.

Any owner of the domesticated animal trapped or captured shall
be responsible for all costs associated with the trapping and boarding
of such animal and, in addition, the costs associated with the administration
of the feral cat and vermin trapper which shall be set by Ord. No.
01/13/99. Any untagged animal, determined by the trapper to be domesticated,
so seized and detained shall be properly kept and fed for a period
of not less than 48 hours.

Any person who shall violate or fail to comply with any provision
of this Part shall, severally for each and every such violation or
noncompliance, be guilty of a summary offense, punishable by a fine
of not less than $25 or more than $1,000, and costs, or, in default
of payment thereof, shall be subject to imprisonment for a term not
to exceed 30 days. The imposition of a penalty for any violation or
noncompliance shall not excuse the violation or noncompliance or permit
it to continue. Each day that the violation or noncompliance exists
shall constitute a separate offense.
