Pursuant to Section
10-5 (m) of the City Charter, a special committee is established to undertake a review of the City ordinances to determine the need for any revisions and amendments as may be needed to bring the ordinances into conformity with the City Charter and to fully implement the City Charter.
The committee shall file a report with the City Council within
one year of the date of the committee's appointment and may make such
interim reports as it deems necessary at any time.
The committee shall expire six months after the submission of
its report, and a proposed ordinance shall be submitted to repeal
this Division 12.
