Unless otherwise stated in the section where the term is used
in this chapter, the meanings of terms, abbreviations, and undefined
terms as stated in Wayne County Water and Sewer Authority Amended
and Restated Sewer Use Rules are adopted and incorporated by reference
as if fully set forth herein and used in this chapter, except for
the following:
Gallons per year water consumption.
The Superintendent of Water and Sewer of the Town of Macedon.
The Town of Macedon, in the County of Wayne, State of New
York.
The Wayne County Water and Sewer Authority Amended and Restated
Sewer Use Rules and Regulations, adopted by Resolution of the Wayne
County Water and Sewer Authority Board of Directors on May 28, 2019,
as may be amended from time to time.
Terms not defined in this article, or terms found to be ambiguous
or improperly defined in this article, shall be defined by the Act,
or Regulations, pursuant thereto.
