Pursuant to the provisions of Article 9 of the Town Law of the
State of New York, the following games of chance ordinance is adopted.

Pursuant to Subdivision 2 of § 9 of Article I of the
State Constitution, it shall be lawful for any authorized organization,
as defined in § 186 of Article 9-A of the General Municipal
Law, upon obtaining the required license, to conduct games of chance
within the territorial limits of the Town of Macedon, subject to the
provisions requirements and limitations of this chapter, Article 9-A
of the General Municipal Law and Rules and Regulations of the New
York State Gaming Commission.

The restrictions on games of chance shall be as provided in
§ 189 of the General Municipal Law.

Pursuant to General Municipal Law § 190, Subdivision 3,
certain "repeat" authorized organizations may submit summary applications.

The Town Clerk of the Town of Macedon shall exercise control
over and supervision of all games of chance.
