It is hereby determined and declared, pursuant to Subdivision
6 of § 305 of the Agriculture and Markets Law of the State
of New York, that the agricultural assessment determined under Subdivision
1 of said § 305 shall be used for the special ad valorem
levy of the Macedon Town Ambulance District.
It is hereby determined and declared, pursuant to Subdivision
5 of § 306 of the Agriculture and Markets Law of the State
of New York, that the agricultural assessment determined under Subdivision
1 of said § 306 shall be used for the special ad valorem
levy of the Macedon Town Ambulance District.
