Township of Three Oaks, MI Article I Michigan Vehicle Code

§ 345-1 Adoption of standards.

The Michigan Vehicle Code (1949 PA 300, MCLA § 257.1 to 257.923) and its amendments, as adopted and passed by the Legislature and signed by the Governor, is hereby adopted by reference as in this article.

§ 345-2 References in Vehicle Code.

References in the Michigan Vehicle Code for "governmental units" shall mean the Township of Three Oaks.

§ 345-3 Publication of notice.

The Township Clerk shall publish this article in the manner required by law and shall at the same time publish the purpose of the Michigan Vehicle Code and the fact that a complete copy of the Michigan Vehicle Code is available at the Office of the Clerk for inspection by the public at all times.

§ 345-4 Repealer.

All ordinances inconsistent with the provisions of the Michigan Vehicle Code are, to the extent of such inconsistency, hereby repealed.

§ 345-5 When effective.

This article adopting the Michigan Vehicle Code shall be in effect 30 days after the publication of a summary of the adopting ordinance.
