The Single-Family Residential District is planned as the prime residential area for the placement of single-family dwellings and certain other compatible accessory use buildings, structures and land uses.

Maximum building height: the lesser of 35 feet or 2 1/2 stories.

Maximum lot coverage: 30%.

Minimum floor area: 1,250 square feet. Single-family dwellings shall have a minimum floor area of 1,250 square feet, and a minimum of 2/3 of the required minimum floor area shall be on the ground level (i.e., 833 square feet).
