The officials and employees of the Township are hereby divided
and classified as follows:
A.
Elected officials, comprising the Board of Supervisors.
B.
Board-appointed officials, comprising the Township Manager.
C.
Management and general FLSA-exempt positions, comprising the classified
positions appointed by the Township Manager or appointed by the Board
and under the control of the Manager and exempt from provisions of
collective bargaining statutes.
D.
FLSA-nonexempt positions, comprising all classified positions covered
by a collective bargaining agreement.
E.
FLSA-nonexempt positions, comprising all nonunion positions not covered
by a collective bargaining agreement, including full-time, part-time,
and seasonal employees.
The Township Manager shall prescribe the various regulations and provisions regarding personnel matters for all classes pursuant to § 2-30 of this chapter and exempt from provisions of collective bargaining statutes. The Board of Supervisors shall review, approve and amend these regulations by resolution.
