There is hereby established a formal system for the issuance
and recording of the official actions, policies and regulations of
the Township. This document/reference system shall be known as the
"Township Document System."
The organization of the Township Document System shall be comprised
of the following volumes, which shall be available, as practicable,
for reference by the public in the office of the Township Manager.
Records will be retained in compliance with regulations promulgated
by the Pennsylvania Historical and Museum Commission.
A.
Public volumes.

The Official Minute Book, which is a record of the official actions
of the Board of Supervisors for all regular, special and emergency
meetings.
(3)
The Book of Ordinances and Resolutions, which shall contain all ordinances
and resolutions of a legislative nature that are enacted by the Board
of Supervisors. All filings shall be within one month of enactment
in chronological sequence.
(4)
The Code of Township Regulations, which is a reference source of
those regulations and procedures that are binding upon the public
and are issued by administrative authority to carry out of the intentions
of the various laws, statutes, ordinances and resolutions.
B.
Administrative volumes. The Township Manager may issue such other
volumes as he deems necessary to be a part of the Township Document
Systems, which shall be for the purpose of setting forth the various
policies, practices and procedures of the executive function of the
Township government.
The Township Manager shall provide for the administration of
the Township Document System.
Failure to record properly or to make available in the Township
Document System any information or document intended for inclusion
in said system shall not invalidate or render ineffective such regulation,
procedure, policy or notice, unless such proper recording or access
is stated as a condition of validity.
