A.
Pursuant to the provisions of Section 8b (MCLA § 125.1508b)
of the State Construction Code Act (Act 230 of the Public Acts of
1972, as amended), the Building Official of the Township of Three
Oaks is hereby designated as the enforcing agency to discharge the
responsibilities of the Township of Three Oaks under the Michigan
Building Code.
[Amended at time of adoption of Code (see Ch. 1, General
Provisions, Art. I)]
B.
The Township of Three Oaks assumes the responsibility for the administration
and enforcement of said Act and Code throughout its corporate limits.
