This chapter shall be known and cited as the "Three Oaks Township
Earth Change Ordinance."
This chapter is adopted for the purpose of securing and promoting
public health, safety, and general welfare of persons and property
within Three Oaks Township, to regulate the use of, and to preserve
the natural resources within, the Township and to prevent the creation
of nuisances and hazards to public health, safety, and general welfare
of persons and property within the Township.
