The purpose of this article is to prohibit any form of door-to-door
selling or soliciting in Three Oaks Township.
Only local, bona fide Three Oaks area organizations with the
permission of the Three Oaks Township Board may sell door to door
in the Township.
The Three Oaks Township Board prohibits any and all soliciting
of any sort without permission from the Township Supervisor or Three
Oaks Township Board.
